Auditing Programme

Course Overview

The auditing programme allows legal professionals to attend any of the subject courses conducted by the Faculty and receive the accompanying course materials. The programme is intended for those who are unable to undergo a full graduate programme but who would like to take a particular graduate course.

Participants will attend and observe courses taught by our instructors and which are conducted together with the LL.B. and LL.M students. Applicants are exempted from course requirements (such as presentations, class projects, assignments or examinations) and are expected to abide by the guidelines of the respective course instructors on class participation. Participants will be issued Certificates of Participation if they have attained at least 75% attendance for the classes of the relevant course.

Courses will commence in the second week of January and should end by Mid-April (except for the week-long or month-long intensive courses). Classes will be held online and/or conducted in person at the Bukit Timah Campus.
The tentative class schedule is listed in the Course Catalogue below. Details of the finalised class schedules will be sent to participants once registration is confirmed. The number of places available for each course is limited and registration will be on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
Successful applicants will receive confirmation of their application 1 to 2 weeks before the start of the course.
